tten Bazaar is experiential retail. In creating the concept, style impresario Preston Schroeder recognises that people seek shopping as a form of pleasure, and demand interesting experiences. The focus is to create what the leisure shopper is looking for – a space to find, engage and connect.
“My vision is to create a unique and new experiential retail offering which recognises the desires and intelligence of our guests,” says Schroeder, “something special that appeals to all their senses ”.
By elevating the retail experience, tten Bazaar created unique and engaging interactions, by creating spaces that are as equally interesting in design and style, as they are for encouraging enjoyment and pleasure, beyond making a purchase. Drama meets occasion as the space houses multi-brand luxury fashion collections, led by Schroeder’s Purple Smoke, complemented by a curated jewellery and watch selection. As you snake through the store, you discover their home collection, revealing collections by Meyer von Williegh, Tom Dixon, Lola James Harper and Bamford.
Enhancing the shopping experience is a coffee concept, and a wine and champagne bar serving Delaire Graff wines, and exclusively, offer their Method Cap Classique. This is a unique experience in Plettenberg Bay.
From fashion to food to drink, tten Bazaar will be home to many exclusives in South Africa.
Conceptually, this lifestyle retail space will appeal to all the senses. Art features prominently within the space. The space draws inspiration from its surroundings reflecting nature and its people. The colour of the Garden Route is echoed throughout the space with sensational sea greens and floral pinks, and a sense of place is realised with an eye-catching basket weave wall.
tten Bazaar seeks to inspire, offering a space that is as much exciting as it is engaging.
